I called several real estate agents looking for someone who would list my mother's house. Kim was the only one who answered this call and responded. The others, I had to leave messages. Kim was also about to resolve zoning issues that the other realtors knew nothing about. He has also helped us with clean-up issues as we live 200 miles away.
