I’m originally from Texas. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing at the University of Texas at El Paso I decided to move to California to pursue my career. Prior to working for Geneva Financial, I worked for the Financial Industry for 10+ years as a Customer Success Team Manager. I am fluent in English and Spanish. My mission in life is to have a positive impact on the lives of people I encounter.
As a Loan Officer, I like to go above and beyond my duties and help my clients achieve financial success regardless of their situation. The process of buying a home can be stressful and overwhelming. Every situation is unique. This is the reason I work hand in hand with my customers throughout the whole process. I understand the importance of providing the information they need to make confident decisions about financing their new home. Helping my clients achieve their dream of homeownership is extremely gratifying but educating them along the way is satisfaction. In my experience, people don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care. One of the most important things in the mortgage industry is not only to build long-term relationships but to build trust while finding the best home loan program that suits your client’s needs.
